30-day money-back guarantee
Your first paid Recometrix subscription invoice is covered for 30 days from the date the payment is successfully charged.
What is covered
The guarantee applies once, to the first non-zero subscription invoice for a workspace. A Track trial begins the guarantee only when the trial converts and the first payment is collected.
What is not covered
Action-credit top-ups, later renewal invoices, and previously refunded subscriptions are excluded. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Contact email us from the workspace owner email within 30 days of the covered charge. Include the workspace name. We review the request and process approved refunds through Stripe.
